• Free shipping on all US orders - processed and posted on the same day!

• International (Non-US) orders incur a VERY LOW shipping rate, shipped via US International Mail and may take 1-2 weeks to arrive. All International orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

• If your order is placed and payment received Monday to Friday by 3 PM E.S.T., the order will be processed and handed to the local Post Office on the Same Day. If received later, we will also try to hand out the order to the Post Office the same day.  On Saturdays, the orders received by noon E.S.T. will also be handed out to the Post Office that Saturday. In all other cases, the order will be taken to the Post Office the following business day.

International Orders: Duties and Taxes

• International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes. Canada and UK buyers may be charged a Custom fee. These fees are not charged by our company. Some packages may be intercepted by your Country's Customs office for inspection. When such event occurs, a delay on delivery usually occurs and Custom fees may be assessed.
• If you have questions regarding your home Country duty fees, please refer to your government official website. Most of the Duties and Value-Added Taxes (VAT) can also be found at the U.S. Council for International Business website at: http://uscib.org/index.asp?documentID=1676 . In the US, Greencaine is considered a household remedy and is tax exempt.

International Shipping Policy

Foreign orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping costs. 

• Customs Clearance: If your package is intercepted by your local customs authorities, you will be notified by them regarding the necessary procedures.
• Package Inspection: You may be required to pick up the package at your local post office or customs office for inspection.
• Import Duties: Import duties and taxes are levied by your country's government and are not collected by us.
• Package Return: If you fail to claim your package within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us.
• Refund Policy: Upon receiving the returned package, ALMA Laboratories, Inc. will issue a refund for the product price, excluding original shipping costs.
